 Do you think you need pharmaceutical companies to keep you healthy...
  Think again.

Let us share with you some startling (and uncomfortable) facts about
the pharmaceutical industry:

* PHARMA FACT #1: Americans pay more for prescription medication
than any other country in the world.

* PHARMA FACT #2: When creating a new drug, big pharmaceutical
companies spend 80% of their entire budget on marketing.

* PHARMA FACT #3: The US is one of the only two countries in the
world that allows pharmaceutical companies to advertise directly to
the consumer.

* PHARMA FACT #4: 50% of all bankruptcies are caused by medical
bills. Three quarters of these people already have health insurance.

For decades, pharmaceutical companies have made billions off the
pain and suffering of people like us. The worst part is, we have been
conditioned to believe that this is the norm–to believe hundreds of
myths surrounding our health and bodies.

These myths might be nothing more than "innocent" misconceptions
but many could be the result of intentional misdirection from those
looking to profit from our paranoia.

Better to drink plenty of spring water, eat a clean nutritious diet, exercise, and get bodywork done to keep your circulation and fluids flowing and enjoy your life to the fullest.


Eat Less & Drink More

Do you want to have glowing skin and nice muscle tone and feel vibrant and be healthier? Then make sure that you are drinking your water. At least an ounce for every 2 pounds of body weight. Dehydration can cause a lot of health problems and it is so simple to just add a lot of water each day to combat those issues. Eat less and drink more to help maintain  a better complexion, better body weight, better muscle tone and have a lot more energy. It also helps to detox the body of toxins and chases away acne and fatigue and bloating. A glass of water before you eat helps you to eat less and a glass of water at night helps to stop those late night cravings.  Sometimes hunger pangs are mistaken for you being dehydrated. If you wake up during the night, have a nice glass of water and see if you don't go right back to sleep. You will have a much better physical presence and better mental and emotional well-being.
